For this year's vintage, Antonio Flores and his team have moved beyond the original Constancia and Rebollo wineries where the first soleras were laid in the 19th century, and ventured to the 1960's to select butts from the Gran Bodega Tio Pepe as well. Ninety-eight (98) butts from across the three (3) cellars have been used for this release, each contributing to the character of the final blend.
Bright and vivid, golden in colour. Very fragrant aromas with instantly recognisable notes of bread and fresh yeast. Saltiness in the mouth but elegantly bitter on the finish.
