Whilst pasta is perceived as an almost exclusively Italian ingredient, pasta is a basic ingredient for many Spanish dishes and has been produced in Cataluña since the 17th Century.
This spaghetti is dyed with squid ink, slow dried and hand cut.
Can be cooked whole or broken up to use in soups. Perfect with Mahon cheese grated over it, sofrito mixed through it, anchovies, black olives, & piquillo peppers.
