Made by one of the top cheesemakers in Spain and cousin to one of the oldest cheeses in the world, this is an unpasteurised cow's milk cheese with paprika from Asturias. It is a firm surface ripened cheese, aged for 2 months in underground cellars on the bank of the Nalon river. Intense wildflower flavour which lingers on the palate and a dry texture.
This is the perfect gift for any cheese lover and with it being 250g ideal for sharing, but maybe you might not want to share!
