'Flower of Salt' is a hand-harvested sea salt. Workers scrape the top layer of salt before it sinks to the bottom of the salt pan. As no industrial methods or additional additives are used, it has a high content of natural minerals like iodine, iron and calcium.
This flor de sal enriches dishes as it is less salty than others. It dissolves easily and is a great finishing salt.
