Smoked cured morcilla is a product that just goes so far when it comes to flavouring dishes, you need very little. We have spent time with this wonderful family producer, who started out in 1958 as a small shop in Fontán, and growing in to Oviedo. The level of care from the wood, the smoke, the cuts that go into the sausage, everything, is first class. It shows through.
