From the Palmino Grape, this wine reaches 15% alcoholwhich develops the 'Velo de Flor' the natural protection of yeast which prevents the wine from oxidising. This biological ageing continues for a period of 5 years in American oak barrels.
Yellow gold in colour with copper tones. Sharp on the nose with aromas of the biological ageing, nuts (almond & hazelnut) with an almost medical background aroma.
This wine is dry and tasty with good acidity & volume. Very expressive and balanced. Aromas of dried fruits with a saline finish reminiscent of the biological ageing. Elegant bitterness.
