Rooftop Smokehouse was born on a rooftop in Barcelona, between good friends and an empty wine barrel.
After their household equipment became too small, they moved to the Lehmann Factory, a secluded area in Barcelona's Eixample where they rehabilitated an old chimney from 1890 that still operates today. It is one of the most bucolic spaces in the city and one of the most special traditional smokehouses in Europe.
This mustard is infused with beer, very aromatic and unpasteurised. Perfect with pastrami, good sausages or any barbecued meat.
