100% Xarel·lo grapes,  organic and biodynamic  grown and hand harvested. The rigorous selection of the best quality are fermented in tanks for 4 weeks on their skins, where the natural protectors and tannins that prevent oxidation are found. Subsequently the wine settles in clay amphora of 720lts for 3 months.

As for natural wine practice, wild yeasts are used, there is no added sulphur and the wine is not subjected to any clarification or filtration process.

Old gold in colour with a slight haze (it’s not filtered). Aromas reminiscent of raw honey, dried fruit and a symphony of white fruit. Very fresh palate, good crispness and concentration. Complex, fleshy and powerful.

Given its structure and complexity, it invites you to drink it with nothing else. The perfect choice to share with those who are curious to taste new things and wine lovers.
