Information

A Pèl is a blend of Garnacha and Merlot organic and biodynamic grown grapes. The Garnacha are from altitude vineyards more than 500m above sea level, and Merlot from the Can Mayol state, at 250m above sea level.

Vinification is three months in oak barrels of 500lts and three months in clay amphora of 720lts.

Dark red cherry colour, high-deep intensity. Opening up it appears a symphony of black fruit and dried fruit such as hazelnut and almond. Great freshness and intensity with marked but soft tannins where fruit taste prevails over oak.

Perfect with red and white meat with no added sauces. Poultry, especially partridge, and rice with meat.
