Is it possible to change my order after it has been placed?
If changes are required before the cut off window for an order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to get them made for you.
Where does Mercado 44 deliver?
We deliver to addresses throughout England, Scotland and Wales. Unfortunately, it is more expensive to deliver to the Scottish Highlands and we are unable to deliver to Northern Island or mainland Europe.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are dispatched each Wednesday (Tuesday during Easter week), for delivery within the next 48 hours.
When are the boxes delivered?
Generally, boxes are delivered between 7am and 5pm. Occasionally, our boxes may be held overnight by the courier and delivered the next day; if this is the case we will let you known as soon as possible. Please note, we work with trusted courier companies but unfortunately at particularly busy times when their network reaches capacity there can be delays to deliveries. Due to a shift in courier policy, deliveries are made without the need for a signature so your order will be left in a safe place if you are not in or are unable to answer the door.
How are the ingredients kept fresh during transit and how should I store them?
Our menus and dishes come with insulation bags & ice packs (you can recycle most of our packaging, and the insulation is compostable), so they stay cool during transit until you receive your delivery and unpack into the fridge. Once received, the box should be packed away upon arrival in the fridge and should be eaten by the best before date on each product.
Where does you source ingredients from?
We're proud to be supporting and collaborating with our long-standing food suppliers by offering home-delivered, restaurant-quality produce boxes.
Do you offer vegetarian recipes or cater to vegans?
Do I need ingredients in addition to the goods delivered?
For our Home Dining boxes you may need just a few pantry staples such as oil and salt. You’ll also need some basic cooking equipment to prepare the meals.
What if I have allergies and dietary requirements?
Our meals are prepared in a kitchen where the environment contains eggs, fish, milk, sesame, crustaceans, soy, nuts, tree nuts, gluten, lupin and sulphites. Though best practices are used in preparing the meal, inadvertent cross-contamination may occur. We cannot guarantee the complete absence of these allergens.

Can I order in advance for future days/weeks?
Yes, we currently open up deliveries for at least four weeks in advance at a time (except bank holidays, Christmas Day and New Year's Eve).
Where can I track my order?
Once our logistics partner has dispatched your delivery, you will receive a SMS with live tracking details. If you have any issues please contact us.
Can I order and pay over the phone?
All orders are taken and processed online at your convenience.
Can I change my nominated delivery window after my order has been placed?
Your delivery window can be changed up until midnight on the deadline prior to your delivery.
