The grapes are hand harvested, completely destemmed and the must is fermented in 90% stainless steel & 10% open top oak barriques. This wine is the aged for a further 6 months in French and American oak before being bottled, unfined and unflitered.
Aromas of ripe dark fruits, black cardamon, liquorice and peppery spices. Bright and pure with great acidity and supple tannins.
